Living Room, Dining Room  and Conservatory Refresh Project - 2025

For this project the client needed help preparing their home - specifically the living, dining and conservatory areas, the goal was to create a fresh, welcoming feel that would appeal to potential buyers without a full renovation. We added warmth and balance. 

Bedroom Refresh with Work From Home Space - 2025

This project focused in refreshing a spare bedroom to make it feel more spacious, calm and functional - with the added goal of creating a stylish work from home desk area.

We started decluttering the room, removing unnecessary furniture and clearing surfaces to bring a sense of calm and order.

A simple desk area was then created in a previous underused corner of the room , we added a small desk, comfortable chair, and subtle styling touch.

Finally we styled the bedroom with fresh linen and minimal accessories to create a soft, welcoming feel.

the overall result was a calm, modern bedroom with a clearly defined working zone - ideal for buyers seeking both comfort and functionality in their next home.

 Decluttering & Clearance Project - 2025

This project involved a full decluttering and clearance of a three-bedroom property in Wooburn Green, including the loft and garage. The work was completed over 5 days with a team of 4 people. Two skips were hired and managed onsite to efficiently remove unwanted items and additional storage was rented to temporarily hold items the client wished to keep. Light cleaning was carried out throughout the property once areas were cleared, helping to leave the home organised and ready for the next stage. 

 Deep Cleaning Projects - 2025

 I carried out a series of deep cleaning projects using non chemical, eco friendly products, focusing on Kitchens, bathrooms and high used areas.

Each project was approached with attention to details, and care for the home. The aim was not just cleanliness, but a healthier, fresher space, free from harsh chemicals. 

Bathroom Refresh with Updated Style & Design - 2024

This was a two week transformation project focused on giving an outdated bathroom fresh, modern look while maintaining the existing layout. With a larger budget we could complete the style update - not just the surface changes, but a cohesive upgraded feel throughout.

The update included a brand new bath, sink, toilet, heated towel radiator, floor and wall tiling to suit the refresh design. We work with the client to select a neutral yet elegant palette blending soft-toned tiles with matte finish paint for a clean timeless look - resulting in a stylish, functional bathroom with a calm, spa-like atmosphere that elevated the entire property.

Child Bedroom Restyle 2024

This project focused on transforming a child's bedroom into a brighter, bigger, playful and age appropriate space - all without major structural changes.

You'd be surprised what you achieve with just a bit of decluttering, a good clean, and a few inexpensive updates- like a new bed cover, curtains, a funky picture frame and a modern light shade. Such simple changes can completely transform the room.

Goal was to deliver a quick but effective refresh to make the room feel more welcoming and well put together for viewings, will still keep functional for everyday use.
